About me

I was born (1988) and raised in Kfar-Saba, Israel. At the age of 8, I started playing the trumpet in the local conservatory and orchestra with Mr. Ofer Ein-Habar and Mr. Guy Sarig - Principal Trumpet Israel NK Orchestra. After graduating from Thelma Yellin High School, I served 3 years in the IDF Band. During my high school and army services I studied with Mr. Yigal Meltzer - Principal Trumpet The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra and Mr. Ram Oren - Assistant Principal Trumpet The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra.

During my studies at the Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance with Mr. Eran Reemy - The Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, I was appointed as 2nd trumpet in the Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra / Israeli Radio.  

After 3 years in the orchestra, I moved to Aarhus, Denmark, in order to study with Prof. Kristian Steenstrup in the Royal Academy of Music Aarhus (Det Jyske Musikkonservatorium). The studies with Prof. Steenstrup completely changed my playing and my approach to playing and music. I gained many tools in order to be a better performer and musician. 

I finished my Master´s studies in 2016 and since then I have worked as a freelance musician in different projects, such as playing with symphony orchestras, brass bands, chamber music ensembles, musicals, as well as conducting and teaching. 

Today I’m teaching trumpet and brass instruments in Den Kreative Skole in Silkeborg, Vejen Musikskole and OrkesterEfterskolen in Holstebro. In addition, I conduct Randers Jernbaneorkester and Struer Jernbaneorkester.
